Corners inside cell
Rounded corners inside the cell for easier cleaning.
Racks
Hygiene and practicality are granted by the racks, fixed to the cell’s sides and back in order to support the internal shelf on 3 different levels. The rack, in stainless steel, ensures perfect hygiene thanks to the lack of holes, thus resulting in a better cleaning of the cell’s interior and in a more practical use and adjustment of the internal shelves.
Tank's Bottom
TANK’S BOTTOM in pressed stainless steel. Each hole has been made through deep drawing of the steel in order to avoid any possible water overflowing.
Probe and Cable Raceways
Cleaned working areas and perfect insulation: probe and cable raceways with relative profile foaming.
Refrigerated drawers-units with total pull-out version
On all negative and positive temperature refrigerated cells Ifi installs drawer units exclusively with full-extension (telescopic), for a better ergonomics: the telescopic drawer units allow an easy access and use for the operator, who can fully take advantage of the drawer inner space and maintain correct posture while working. The application of the latest generation guides, suitably tested, together with the reinforcement of the load-bearing structure of the cell allow a more fluid movement of the drawer; the result is a product, more performing and extremely safe; the professional can carry out the service operations in total tranquility thanks to the safety system integrated in the guide, which during opening prevents the accidental release of the drawer.
INSULATION AND REFRIGERATION
Thermal Insulation
The IFI CELLS and BAR COUNTERS supporting structure consists of monobloc foam frame in ecological polyurethane (density 40 kg/m3), CFC-free, with interior walls and bottom in stainless steel with rounded corners for an easy cleaning, according to current hygiene norms and regulations. The CELLS come with thermal break to ensure higher performances and a lower energy consumption, thus preventing any condensation build-up.
Refrigeration
The ventilation has been improved to provide higher efficiency and effectiveness. With a limited quantity of noises and vibrations, the new refrigeration systems ensure a more uniform cold distribution and reduced dimensions so that any cell may contain any type of drawer-unit, from the standard to the total pull-out drawer.
Control Panel
The control panel is located in order to be easily removed and to access the electric cables and replace the probes, if any. Furthermore, the control panel casing has been reduced in size in order to increase the available space inside the cell.
AESTHETICS
Stainless Steel Doors
Stainless Steel Doors with magnetic lock, perfect insulation and IFI exclusive design. Tested in climatic chamber at 35° C (95° F) with 60% R.H. and 20° C (68°F) with 75% R.H. The cooled doors and drawers have magnetic lock and magnetic gasket as standard, guaranteeing better thermal seal.
Glass Doors
Doors in pyrolytic, double glass, fitted with a magnetic lock and a replaceable gasket. Continuous front in polished stainless steel, with no cuts, combined with glass doors to enhance the decorative look of any premises and guarantee a high level of hygiene and reliability.
Cells coated with coloured film
Not just stainless steel, LEADER CELLS are available in the shades of white , black, gold ... The cell is coated with a special, adhesive film, highly resistant to stains, abrasion, wear, mildew as well as being fireproof and waterproof, to satisfy the most refined customization needs.
