Ifi attends the ALMA Career Day

During the celebrations for the start of the new academic year, ALMA, The International School of Italian Cuisine, presented its first Career Day dedicated to meetings between its Diplomats with companies and leading professionals.
Ifi has always been sensitive to the issue of getting youngsters into the professional sphere and took part in the event held in the prestigious Paganini auditorium (Parma, Italy). The event was also attended by important guests including chef Michel Troisgros, of Maison Troisgros, which has three Michelin stars since 1968.
